Undertake initial discovery onsite with the customer to assess their business needs, understand their current operations and identify the key areas that they would like to improve upon
Produce a discovery document outlining the discovery day findings
From the discovery document setup and configure a base system that can be used in the following stages of the project
Workshop with the customer, either remotely or onsite, the configuration of the system to meet their business needs
Identify any additional configuration required to enhance the customers processes, including custom work
Produce workshop documents outlining additional configurations and after customer sign off, complete and test any configurations
Provide end user training to specified user groups as required and ensure understanding of the subject matter enabling full use of the software
Attend customer go-live onsite and ensure the successful rollout of the Intact IQ software
Ensure users are able to use the system and process their daily tasks
Provide post go live support including purchase ledger migration, Making Tax Digital, opening balances migration, month end procedures and report writing
