Summary

I am currently pursuing my football career and have always been a part of a team from the age of 5, I have played for a wide range of teams at different levels most recently they have included Burton Albion, Chesterfield, and my current team Gresley Rovers who I play for at a higher age group, This part of my life has taught me a lot of skills including being able to maintain relationships with other players and coaches.

I have been able to adapt myself to different scenarios and remain professional at all times.

I have been able to support others when needed on and off the pitch, keeping good mental Health for myself and others is important to me.

This last year becoming a football referee I have a new range of skills, I have a thorough understanding of game rules and regulations. I have strong decision making skills, making quick and accurate calls on the field. I have a proven record of maintaining control of a game and securing safety of all players.

I have been a referee for different age ranges and can adapt myself to that particular level which is important to maintain a professional standard.

More recently I have been picked to do Tournament games and a final game, which I am proud of as this shows my hard work, flexibility and commitment has paid off and my skills have been noticed by coaches and staff watching the games I referee.

I am very reliable and flexible and have made myself available to referee games at short notice to help out the FA sometimes this can be as short notice as a hour or two before a game and this has been recognised by staff who put me forward for tournament games.

At school I have a positive feedback from Teachers for being a good student who is wiling to help out when needed during breaks or after school and i am always glad to help show new students around and invite them into friendship groups.
