I am a highly skilled professional with expertise in communication proficiency, telephone etiquette, and multitasking efficiency. I demonstrate exceptional capabilities in payment processing, account management, and conflict management. I have a proven track record in process improvement and CRM implementation, complemented by strong documentation procedures and staff training mentorship. I am adept at maintaining patience while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. I am driven by a service-oriented mindset, time management mastery, and personal accountability. I also leverage my diplomatic negotiation skills to enhance organisational success.
During the 3 year gap in my CV between jobs, i was extremely ill, bedridden on multiple medications. I used that time during Lockdown to regain my physical health and ween myself off all medications safely, so that i could return to work and gain my life back. I have since been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a disability which causes me to be in widespread pain everyday amongst many other symptoms. I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which is a genetic disability which causes me to suffer with partial and full regular dislocations of joints, torn and snapped ligaments, poor circulation, balance and fainting as well as various other symptoms. I do not drink or smoke and retain a very strict health regime to avoid severe increase in these symptoms.
I work remotely in my current role where i have bought all of my adjustments and specialised equipment at no company expense. I am only required into my office for mandatory training once a month as part of my reasonable adjustments recommendations from Occupational Health referrals. The office supports me by providing a high riser desk, special cushion for sciatica and noise cancelling ear phones where i am situated away from noise, light and cold to maintain health. I am able to notify work if my symptoms are worsening and i am given the option to work from home to avoid flares that are worsened by attending the office on training days. I am also autistic but only require clear communication and training. Working remotely allows me to control and maintain my health by giving me full access to my medical aids and specialised equipment where i can self monitor and regulate. I live alone and can control my environment effectively as a result. I am housebound for the most part but on occasion get to go out with my mum in her car to go for short walks and outings where she can monitor me. I do not drive at this time due to safety issues surrounding fainting which is being investigated and therefore relying on public transport where it is safe to do so, or taxi services. Remote working is necessary for me due to my circumstances.
I use gardening as an outlet to keep me mobile and i self monitor my health. It is extremely important to me that i am able to remain a full tome employee and remain working despite my disabilities. Where i lack in physical ability i make up for in my mental abilities. I prefer to live my life to its full capacity and i require the challenge and sense of purpose and gratification derived from working. I have enjoyed every role i have ever worked in and gained invaluable experience and skills from each area of service. I seek out new chances to learn and grow my expertise and challenge my existing skill set. I look for a role that provides a set routine that my disabilities require whilst also juggling multiple varied tasks, services and systems within the role that are engaging, challenging and gratifying. I enjoy communicating with people, problem solving, and supporting my peers, management and company.
