For over twenty years I've gained valuable pastoral experience, working within supported housing, rehabilitation and the care sector. For over seventeen years I've been volunteering and serving within different areas of church ministry and pastoral roles. This includes leading pastoral care, musical worship, teaching and preaching, hosting conferences, children's ministry, house church organising house groups and bible studies. My people skills are very strong and I'm able to develop and nurture relationships, with people from different societal and cultural backgrounds. Working directly with a broad range of age groups, from young children, teenagers, families and those at the end of life. Learning over the years to shepherd people from all walks of life, identifying biblical solutions to societal needs and problems.
Completing pastoral work amongst the church community. Organising and leading prayer meetings, evangelistic outreach, school's work , church cafe and house groups. Organising and teaching in daily meetings and Sunday services.
My family and I travelled as missionaries for over two years, across the United Kingdom, Iceland Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Supporting church pastors and leaders. Equipping and working with different churches around the world.
Arranging letters and parcels for Royal Mail routes. Then delivering to required locations, on foot and using van. Completing collections from post boxes and delivering to city sorting offices.
Assisting young adults (16-24), with societal issues, such as mental health, substance misuse, family/relationship breakdowns, criminality and those who had suffered from different types of abuse. Primary responsibilities for this role, were offering person centred support and address any support needs of residents. Ultimately motivating and encouraging residents to live and move on to complete independence. This role was initially part time and developed into bank work.
Working in 3 different assignments over 16 years within supported housing and rehabilitation. These varied roles in many ways, were aligned to Social Worker duties. Organisational focus, was to support people with different societal issues, back into independent living, meeting their personal support needs. Around 8 years of employment with Sanctuary, was overseeing, management of 2 different supported housing units. Which involved maintaining high levels of health and safety, safeguarding, resident assessments, administration, auditing, person centred support plans. Leading to high success rates, for positive independent move on for residents.

Managing 3 charitable fundraising teams local to Norwich and other teams based in London and Kent as requested. It's estimated the work of the teams I managed and trained, raised around £6.4 million for charities such as Oxfam, Barnardos and Save the Children.
