Working on PM shift, overseeing a small team of associates to include -;

• Customer promise is maintained and same day parcels are processed and dispatched on time.
• Ensuring area readiness is completed in time for night shift processing.
• Returning drivers are debriefed in an efficient manner.
• Deep diving metrics including parcel tracking and problem solving.
• End of shift reports and weekly audits.
• Raising CCTV escalations for suspected theft.

Working within a small team, carrying out grit blasting and fibreglass labouring duties on various sites throughout the UK.

• Adhering to Health & Safety rules on site and working under guidelines of Method Statement/Risk Assessment.
• Ensuring work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner to meet with clients expectation.
• Training completed included, working in a confined space, working with abrasive wheels, manual handling, working at height and CSCS.

Contracts required working away from home for 8-10 days.

Day to day running of a small company carrying out nationwide, commercial, fibreglass lining solutions to tanks, bunds, water features, roofs etc.

• Conducting site visits to meet with clients and carry out surveys prior to providing a quotation for the contract.
• Managed negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
• Coordinated large scale projects with successful outcomes.

Role also included raising necessary Method Statements, Risk Assessments, purchasing and liaising with sub contractors.
