Offices Bishopsgate London. Fan coils and steel pipe work over 2 floors and alterations to plant rooms.

Rochester fire station and safety centre. I supervised and installed on this project. From ufh to domestic runs in copper and steel pipe runs for lthw heating.

This company started getting into flats and domestic installs. I left soon after.

During quiet times and when I've had a lot of private enquires I have run my own jobs. Smaller stuff from bathroom make overs to whole house refurbs.

I was Gas Safe for 20 years and used that for my own works. I let gas safe go due to the stopping of gas appliances. The government changed its mind and extended the time. Did not renew it.
