  • Helped to introduce a new desk booking application that allowed the business to manage increased headcounts at the remaining offices on an average of 7:10 ratio
  • Closely involved in re-furbishing existing workspaces to maximise their use in an agile working environment
  • This meant organising new furniture, breakout spaces, lockers etc
  • And ensuring that the work was done in a way that didn't impact on the teams
  • As part of the programme I worked closely with a number of in-house and third-party suppliers to ensure that all products were delivered on time and to an agreed specification
