  • Procurement; Due to renewal of the tender commencing in 2026, areas have been identified within the existing contract that are falling short of service demand, and are amending the contract, so that it will be streamlined with no misleading interpretations and no hidden costs.
  • KPI's; Monthly contributing to costs and deliverance of completed works.
  • Regular meetings with contractors where contractual obligations are not met, and issues have that have not been resolved for residents.
  • Staff training and support; delivering hands on training to members of staff (Gas Appliances Basic controls and understanding within all compliance departments of southern housing.
  • Providing ongoing help and support to all members of staff in the compliance team by ensuring they feel valued. which grows confidence and well being in the workplace.
