  • Started out in a busy little wine bar in Oxford with approx 80 covers where I had full control of the business. I streamlined suppliers to get better service and best quality in products. Introduced craft beer and changed menu of both wine and food regularly. Winning 4 awards including best new Gastro bar and Guardians top wine bars. After a little under a year took the bar from being in the red to a profitable working business. In 2017 it was decided to open a new concept bar also in Oxford. I was involved in the whole process from designing the bar/kitchen, planning, till system set up, stock, pricing, staffing, budget setting etc. This bar was originally a retail outlet, so it was a full conversion. We installed 3 tanks to do the secondary fermentation process of the ales to serve direct to guests. The menu is totally fresh and changed every month. Have since won 3 awards with the site.
