From 2007 to 2011 overseeing management role of the coaching part of the business at Marchwood Motorways at Totton.
2011 to 2013 as part of the large Go South Coast Dorset contract, established and resourced Henstridge depot covering schools, market day and 6 days per week tendered rural bus services. Including considerable pre-mobilisation planning to ensure good quality training of drivers, as Dorset CC were only able to provide timetables.
