  • Joined as Managing Director for EMEA where I grew revenue and the team, opened an office in Dubai and closed major new regional and global customers.
  • In 2018 I took on the additional responsibility for APAC where I opened our HQ in Singapore, built dedicated teams in SE Asia and India and acquired businesses in Australia and Japan to extend our regional coverage and expertise.
  • By the ned of 2022 I had grown the business outside of the US from $15m to over $100m.
  • In February 2023 I was appointed Chief Revenue Officer accountable for all revenue and customer retention globally. My remit included marketing, implementation, pricing and customer service.
  • I was immediately tasked with reducing headcount costs of over $14m which I achieved within 3 months whilst maintaining morale and team effectiveness and ultimately achieving both revenue and profit objectives.

  • Adecco were appointed sponsors of London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • My role was to manage the team that recruited the 8,500 roles for the Organising Committee that ran the games in London.
  • I was also responsible for activating the sponsorship and extracting maximum value for the $25m investment in the sponsorship.
  • I achieved this through leveraging the commitment to be the most inclusive and diverse games ever with the LOCOG team reflecting the diverse communities of East London.
  • Ultimately the games were a success, the team we recruited performed exceptionally and the Adecco Board were delighted with the success and profile of the project.
