  • Provide Epos and commercial support to the business, updating, maintaining, managing all Security and Web Setup on relevant EPOS systems.

  • Maintenance, and repair of EPOS hardware and software, responsible for setting up new systems, conducting upgrades, and ensure overall functionality of EPOS systems.
  • Took over Leading Development Projects role before becoming a Senior Analyst, this involved working across of 10-12 sites at any one time being refurbished and invested in at costs of approx. £500k each. Involved fast turn arounds between sit closing and opening, working across various brands, and dealing with several stakeholders including, Finance, Engineers, and Site Managers to ensure tills were installed, with correct data ready for go live, ensuring timelines were met, and overseeing successful integration of EPOS systems.
  • Working on Price Surgery Projects that the business utilised when reacting to changes such as Government budget updates, purchasing costs and general site by site price changes that can require wholesale till and data changes to be made across hundreds of sites at a time.
  • Trained and built team webpages for Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Launched several new data projects across Slug & Lettuce, Walkabout, Late Night, and other Stonegate brands.
  • Lead contact for all CRMs on a weekly basis, involved working closely with Finance and Marketing departments.

  • Purchasing of Cisco SMARTnet, obtaining quotes and raising PO’s up to £100,000k. Reviewing the performance metrics to measure maintenance orders across the business.
  • Collate and produce monthly reports for response, logistics, accounts, and sales departments. Track orders and invoices and assist with customer queries.
  • Assisting with the implementation of an updated version of internal HEAT (SQL) databases. Involved off site training courses and meetings with consultants to ensure that it system was fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with the TAC team leader and IT security manager to establish an improved database that is user friendly for different departments. Training of staff in using the new system.
