• I ran a team of 5 from the company's Reading branch, undertaking Commercial EV install projects, Load testing beforehand to the signing off the project

• My team would cover projects from the Midlands down to Devon and Cornwall.

• Most of the work was on dairy farms maintaining the equipment and installing the infrastructure to new buildings and units on the different sites
• I also worked for a local electrical contractor on their domestic projects when they need extra help.

The general day to day running of a small company, from networking to gain new leads, tendering for jobs, Invoicing, and my team of 6 full time electricians, 1 apprentice electrician and 6 Carpenters

• As a company we completed hotel refurbishments, Works included safe isolation of the existing rooms, rewiring all rooms and communal areas including small power circuits, lighting, Air conditioning and Mains Distribution
• Training my teams to work to tight deadlines and under pressure to complete works to a high standard
• Our first years as a company started out Designing, Install and Test Exhibition Stands, working as a subcontractor with projects in Exhibitions halls throughout Europe, and at London Fashion week using small and large generators to supply and distribute power for lighting, small power, and Air-Conditioning.
