Summary

I am young, ambitious, restaurant and cocktail bar manager who is looking for a new challenge in my career. I have been working in hospitality management for many years now and I have loved every single minute of it. I have taken on a number of challenges in my career do far and each of them has taught me something different which has helped develop me into who I am now. I am, admittedly, somewhat of a workaholic and I am looking to get stuck in to a new project which will keep me fully engaged for the foreseeable.

This is my current role and I was brought in by a former boss to assist with raising standards and develop the team around me. I have been working closely with the rest of the management team and heads of departments to ensure we are all working as team to achieve a mutual goal.


My daily duties include a wide range of tasks such as:

  • Overseeing the guest journey and leading by example to maintain exceptional fine dinning standards.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations- reservations, staffing and floor management
  • Assist with the training and development of new team members (standards, beef, wine, cycle of service)
  • Forecasting weekly sales and creating rotas accordingly.
  • Writing end of shift reports to facilitate service continuity.
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints to protect brand reputation.
  • Oversaw emergency procedures and administered first aid.

Senior Duty Manager

My routine duties included, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing service and ensuring our high standards are being met with each of our guests.
  • Ensuring we are Compliant with all EHO guidelines along with the policies set by our own internal auditor.
  • I led a team of two supervisors and three duty managers who I supported and overseen.
  • Scheduling interviews and hiring candidates which I believe will be best suited to their chosen role.
  • Over the festive periods of 2021 and 2022, I was placed in charge of all large parties and functions. This was a huge task which directly lead to our record sales week and day.
