I was taken on for a fixed 12 month term to run up to 3 contracts at a time to weed out labour taking advantage of thinly spread management by leaving early, under performing or over booking price works and replace with good strong reliable workers that I have known within my time managing thermal insulation contracts as the company was losing money on many projects.

My responsibilities included working closley with the client sitting in on progress and preplanned works meetings, H+S onsite, controlling labour, plant and materials to bring in projects ontime and within budget and securing future contracts.

• Overseeing the strip out and refurbishment of prestigious houses.
• Oversee extentions and small building works to various properties.
• Coordinate all sub contractors and labour when needed as contracts progress.
• Order all plant and materials and coordinate drop offs when needed.
• Work with client to oversee and log all variations to drawings.
• Overseeing all snagging and sighn offs for works completed to high end finishes.

• Ful M+E and refrigeration package including 2 crane lifts for new refrigeration units to roof.

• Building works including new bakery and steel frame and entrance.
• Daily H+S briefings for live environments working around the public.

• Rewrite and overseeing Dailey H+S systems to suite school due to live environments and children on the high end of spectrum including severe Autism, ADHD and Self harming.
• Manage and coordinate all sub contactor and labour to keep to programme.
• Order all plant and deliveries and pick ups to suite school safe ruite.
• Head meetings with client and school representatives to insure children's safety for length of live environments.

• Reporting to area contract manager and who would have varying physical presence and input relative to the contract demands and location
• Refurbishment of existing commercial units from previous tenants / retailer to restaurants across the country (German Donner Kebab)
• Full strip out to shell and refit from picking up keys from client, snag, de'snag and final sign off with client and franchise
• Monitoring and coordinating m & E install in line with current regs

• Input and understanding into mechanical services and system operation covering: Sanitation, domestic hot and cold water, boosted cold water, VRF, Ventilation, dry risers, Fire protection, BMS
• Witness tests, commissioning before handover
• Implement and undertake QA process across all trades
• Front and back of house works working live environments around the public including mobile crane lifts
• Works extended beyond physical buildings to the ground works of site including car parks
• Plan and execute road management systems in conjunction with joining new infrastructure and roads to existing traffic systems
