• Carried out sales, service and repair of multi-makes of horticultural machinery from small 2-stroke machines to large diesel ride-on machinery.
• Responsible for parts procurement from multiple suppliers as a sub-dealer for Stihl, Husqvarna, Countax, Hayter and Honda.

• Commenced employment within the company as motor vehicle mechanic working under workshop supervisor.
• Promoted to fleet manager responsible for vehicle maintenance, cleanliness and conformity.
• Servicing and repairs to cars, vans, minibuses and 7.5 tonne trucks.

• Seconded to Kent Staff Services in 2005 following the formation of the Gangmaster licencing authority and the requirement to change from duty rosta and timesheet to full Operators licence.
• Responsible for implementing systems compliant with operator licence requirements including:- installation of digital tachographs and driver training in line with CPC regulations, planning maintenance schedules, driver training on pre-use inspections, ensuring initial test pass rates remained high and the recording and monitoring of data from digital tachographs.
