• Class teacher of SEMH children who are transitioning back into full time education (Year 7 - Year 9). Experience in dealing with children with complex needs creating a caring, nurturing and personalised learning environment for children to thrive.

• I have led the whole school on numerous occasions, including the organisation of initiatives, activities, and events to impact the education and social development of hundreds of children, as well as their families. Through my leadership in Maths teaching across the school, standards, progress, and attainment have been raised, and consistent high results have been achieved over a 9-year period.
• Contributed to the leadership team that improved our school’s performance, making it one of the highest performing primary schools in Rotherham and South Yorkshire.
• Managed children and staff as Assistant Head through effective communication and understanding of diverse needs and neurodivergent personalities.
