• Currently working with 3rd party on global LAN/Wi-Fi transition from Cisco to ZScaler/Aruba. Providing increased security through Zscaler, Clearpass and 802.1x.
• Follow change control procedures, deliver comprehensive handover and documentation to operations teams. This enhances efficiency, leading to faster problem resolution and improved team collaboration.

• Installed Cisco LAN/WAN, Security, Voice, and Wireless solutions across the UK to a wide variety of business sectors.
• Engaged in staging, testing, installations, and documentation alongside pre-sales engineers.
• Provided 24/7 3rd-line support, collaborating with NOC and field engineers to minimize downtime and swiftly resolve issues.
