• Responsible for keeping the packing and Process lines running this includes -
• Resolving any issues that occur which effects the smooth running of the line
• Carrying out Autonomous Maintenance checks, and logging any defects found
• Ensuring hourly quality checks are carried out
• Adhering to the additional Quality controls, to ensure food safety regulations are constantly monitored
• Regularly following a cleaning schedule, ensuring workplace is clean and tidy throughout the shift
• Constantly improving knowledge through E learning/Training days
• Part of a team which are required to carry out 24-hour Allergen Cleans and swabbing

• Solely responsible for all maintenance for the whole of the site, this includes -
• Resolving any breakdown issues, repairing, renewing, and the installation and sourcing of new parts where necessary
• Planning and installation of any new machinery and lines, ensuring all work carried out meet the required ISO standards
• Updating and record keeping of preventative maintenance monthly checks
• Monthly checks on Calibration of load cells on tanks and scales
• Responsible for arrangements for external contractors on site
• Travelling to customer sites and responsible for the building and installation of pumps specific to the customer's needs
• Attending regular meetings with management and health and safety team to discuss any issues and improvements
• Training new starters on all aspects of the Chemical Mixing/blending production team
• Ensuring the team are adhering to health and safety and quality standards
• Dealing and resolving any issues regarding production
• Regularly checking that the team are meeting deadlines for production
• Attending meetings with staff to discuss how to optimize plant and equipment efficiency
