• Excellent knowledge of building structures, all round knowledge of the building industry, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundworks, plastering, brickwork and associated tasks.
• Managing many various sized projects, hiring and managed contractors to carry out portions of projects,
• Review plans and structural drawings from architects and engineers, consulted with clients to understand project plans and objectives.
• Owner operator of excavators, plant and machinery.
• Work alone or part of a team.
• Liaising with customers, maintaining good relations.
• Managing working days, organizing and ordering materials and supplies.

• Working on oil rigs, offshore terminals and vessels of various sizes.
• Carry out American Bureau of Inspection inspections.
• Non - destructive testing, magnetic particle inspection, photography and video inspections, corrosion and thickness surveys.
• Detailed surveys of welds, hulls, storage vessels and pressurized storage vessels.
• Police diving work.
• Removal and refitting of super tanker and dynamic positioning oil rig gear boxes, propellers and cort nozzles.
• Varied responsibilities revolving around inspection.
