Stephen Fenton

Started as Security Supervisor in August 2022 before getting promoted to Security Manager in April 2024. My duties are to engage with the client, monitor the guards to ensure compliance and ensure paperwork is completed to a high standard.

Working in a busy warehouse, my duties were to fulfil dropship orders and bulk orders from big companies such as Amazon. I was also responsible for stocktaking and loading/unloading lorries and containers. Left because I got a better opportunity.

Spent 13 years doing several roles including supervisor, production operative and logistics operative in a busy fish factory that supplied Waitrose and Ocado.

Spent 4 years working in a duck factory supplying clients all over the world.
