Previously, I worked as a Kitchen Team Leader and Duty Manager at Premier Inn, where I gained experience overseeing site operations, responding to maintenance-related issues, and ensuring that both front and back-of-house areas were safe, clean, and fully operational. I regularly liaised with management to report faults, coordinate repairs, and maintain service continuity.
