Summary

I've always been a very passionate worker and love to work with a smile across my face. It is key to working hard and being committed to the job in hand, being that the job is the second home in life I consider this factor to be vital to me. I enjoy being a social person getting out and seeing the world for its finer opportunities in life, not night clubs on a Friday night but more of a walk with the dog on a sunny day in the park with a nice clear sky. I also enjoy a bit of exercise on a regular basis in order to maintain a healthier lifestyle and I love to go Go-karting when my wallet allows me to. Please don't be fooled I do like a cheeky drink once in a blue moon too. As a person I am very confident and walk with my shoulders held high in life. I am very easy going as a person and very easy to talk to; I believe after 16 years of retail service and talking to customers face to face each day has helped me with this greatly as I used to be a very shy child when I was younger. When I am at work it is very rare to catch me in a bad mood. I believe it is vital to have a happy atmosphere in the work place as it is key for the customers to see this as it warms them into the environment and impacts them in a positive way. This in term makes the process of business easier and more enjoyable for us both. I am a very quick learner when it comes to new environments and work well under pressure. In my last job we provided multiple types of services in one shop as much as maintaining the work environment and serving customers. Working under pressure has become second nature to me. Experienced Supervisor leading team members on-time job completion. Assign tasks, train employees, provide feedback, mediate interpersonal conflicts and implement company procedures. Excellent communication and listening skills. Provide leadership and vision which drives teams to meet goals. Takes on challenging new role harnessing interpersonal skills, collaboration and problem-solving. Driven to deliver high-quality service and consistent results. Loyal employee with solid understanding of training and mentoring employees. Dedicated team player, proactive and hands-on in task completion.
