Summary

I have developed a passion for pursuing a career in the Travel and Tourism industry which led me to studying for a degree in Tourism Management. In selecting my final year modules, I chose the Tour Operating (Mass Market and Niche) module as this is something I would like to specialise in.


During my placement year, I worked in a 5-star hotel in Central London where I gained experience in providing exceptional customer service to high-profile / VIP guests. This included managing customer relationships, handling queries, contributing to commercial activities, participating in promotional events and being the lead presenter of the staff training video.


My current customer-oriented part-time role (to support my studying) has also confirmed my desire to pursue a career in sales and relationship management.
