I was responsible for day to day shop operations. These included key holder, cash control, volunteer training and distribution of responsibilities. I was involved with customer service, but also sorting and pricing of donations, recycling management and dealing with problems as they arose. This included issues with maintenance as well as regular fire and health and safety checks. I worked with the police on pickpocketing and providing CCTV footage. I have worked successfully with U18s and adults with mild learning difficulties.
