  • I act as the central point of contact for all three of the Consumer Duty teams across the FCA and externally, including panels, consultants and trade bodies. I created and maintain ongoing stakeholder relationships to ensure our messaging is consistent and to enable identification of emerging themes and trends.
  • Assisted heavily with the training of over 500 Supervisors on the Consumer Duty devising plans and delivering live webinars.
  • Prepare and manage project plans from end to end, meeting required milestones.
  • Working on the Consumer Understanding Cross-Cutting Project helping to ensure firms are testing the comms with their customers.
  • Previously lead on the Smaller Firm Strategy, which involved daily judgement calls with limited information and regular governance checkpoints with SLT and SteerCo.
