A dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate mathematics teacher with 7 years of experience. Committed to empower students in developing a passion for mathematics. I am following two teaching platforms namely: Teach2030 and Edweb which advocates the integration of technology into teaching and learning. I find them to be highly efficient as they are committed to helping students build confidence in themselves instilling a love for the subject. Having spent four years in the secondary school mathematics education system, I have witnessed the many challenges students face, particularly contemplating to low achievement in this subject. Contingent to these experiences, I have been inspired to investigate the underlying factors behind these challenges.

• Planned and delivered structured mathematics lessons aligned with national curriculum standards.
• Used a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities and digital tools, to enhance student understanding.
• Assessed student progress regularly and provided constructive feedback to guide improvement.

• I believe in creating a student-centred learning environment which fosters creativity. I strive to make students feel safe to explore and engage with mathematical concepts taking into accounts the diverse backgrounds and learning abilities of the students by employing varied teaching strategies, including hands-on activities.
• I emphasize on using real life application during teaching and learning for the students to see the relevance in everyday life.

• Personal interests are listening to music, playing board games with the family and putting together a puzzle.
