A delivery franchise is a business model where you buy the rights to operate a local branch of a larger delivery company. With the task of providing vans, drivers and good service. Within my time span here I had a total of 11 drivers.

As a graduate site manager, you supervise a construction site and run construction projects. You help site managers in developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies. You also assist crews with preparing the construction site before the construction project starts.

Successfully managed council projects in parks & recreation, waste management, and
bicycle integration, gaining in-depth expertise in project requirements and challenges.
Led end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while
overseeing risk management, progress reporting, and issue resolution. Skilled in data
analysis and business intelligence, leveraging client insights and trend monitoring to
drive informed decision-making.

As a Graduate Construction Site Manager, you will support the site management team in delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
