Summary

I am a dedicated, caring, and compassionate carer with vast knowledge and experience in caring for the aged, individuals with diverse physical health, mental health and learning disabilities. I am a confident support worker and I have varied experience in various aspects of care provision from general domestic duties, to caring for individuals with mental health and physical health challenges to working in agreed ways to create suitable support plans for vulnerable individuals. Having worked within the health and social care sector in the UK, I have gained the ability and skills to provide care that is person centred and meets individuals care needs. I have worked with dementia, elderly nursing care, people with schizophrenia, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, acute anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive diversity (OCD), epilepsy, etc. I have gained substantial knowledge in patient care, risk assessment, providing support with activities of daily living, maintaining confidentiality, safety and overall wellbeing of the patients. I understand current contemporary issues in healthcare and how to overcome challenges posed by such issues such as safeguarding, confidentiality, etc. I possess strong team working skills, with emotional intelligence. I am flexible and have the ability to work well within a team. I am looking for opportunities to help promote quality care to vulnerable individuals, while also driving forward the organization mission and promoting their values.
