Stelian Manolov

I currently work at The Lowry Hotel as a bartender, where I focus on providing excellent customer service and making sure that guests have a great time. My role includes interacting with customers, making them feel welcome, and helping them with anything they need during their visit. I also work part-time at GTK Car Performance as a car mechanic assistant, where I help with basic car repairs and maintenance tasks. While I am still learning, I assist with checking car parts, keeping the workshop clean and organised, and supporting the mechanics in simple tasks.

These two roles have helped me develop a variety of important skills. For example, I have improved my communication skills by talking to customers and working with my team. I also work well with others, which has improved my teamwork abilities. Since I have to handle multiple tasks at once, I've become better at multitasking and managing my time effectively, especially during busy periods. My time at GTK Car Performance has also given me a basic understanding of car knowledge, like how different car parts work and what needs fixing. I’ve learned how to manage time well and keep the workshop organised.

Working in both the hotel and the garage has also helped me improve my customer service skills. I understand the importance of keeping customers happy and always being polite and helpful. I’ve learned how to manage different tasks and keep everything organised, which helps me stay on top of things. In both jobs, I use my computer engineering knowledge to help with any technical tasks and manage things efficiently. Overall, these experiences have allowed me to grow and learn new skills that I can use in many different jobs.

• I like to learn about electronics, because is intresting and now days most people use it which means that i can help them by fixing any kind of issues.
• I Also love to learn about cars, because is intresting and if you know about how to reapir your car it will be better for your future and i can fix it by my own without paying anyone to fix it for me.
