Steffan Berryman

I consider myself to be a team player who's always looking to help others wherever possible. An example of this, I frequently help other students understand the task at hand while completing my own, as I believe this shows, I am very hard-working and have a good work ethic

As a member of my local rugby team, I regularly organise team structures, which include communicating tactics, carrying out the tactics, then the result is analysed to establish its success and if necessary, seek and implement improvements with my teammates.

One of my other hobbies is playing on my Xbox and my favourite game is FIFA, a big part of this game is analysing statistics for both teams and individuals. This information is then used to alter my tactics to my advantage, which shows I am able to take information in and use to the best of my abilities.

Being part of a large family has allowed me to improve my communication skills, frequently being at big social gatherings has helped me have the ability to understand people a lot better and improve my emotional intelligence. Since we all contribute to both the planning and implementation of each event this shows I am able to work effectively and efficiently within a team while having a problem that needs to be resolved.

I was given a "kindness" award from my school for showing kindness and consideration to fellow students.
