• Participated in the observation of various medical procedures, including ultrasounds, embryo transfers, and oocyte retrievals.
• Opportunity to witness and support sensitive consultations related to subfertility and assisted conception
• Gained hands-on experience by scrubbing into surgical theaters for a range of caesarean sections, enhancing my understanding of human anatomy and surgical processes both pre-operatively and post-operatively
• Observed the operations of an embryology lab, where I was exposed to the intricate processes involved, including the fascinating technique of intracytoplasmic sperm cell injections (ICSI).

ΠΙΚΠΑ is a center aimed at the recovery and rehabilitation of handicapped children.

My involvement was targetted around observing how the specialised trainers worked with these children. This involved but was not limited to occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, psychological support, special education, sports programs, socialization and social integration.

Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
