After this I worked in the Community Services of the Disabilities Trust ensuring clients made a successful transition to the community and became intergrated with their local community. This would involve exploring leisure activities and also voluntary work options for clients in preparation for looking at a return to work.

During this time I competed a basic grade rotational post in North Manchester and then moved to Leeds and worked within Older age adults, both in physical rehabilitation and then community mental health teams for older adults.
