• HighQ System Optimization & Automation: Led optimization of the HighQ Collaborate system, reducing site setup time by 75% (from 40 to 10 minutes) through Power Automate API workflows, automating SharePoint list and Microsoft form submissions into streamlined processes
• Data Integration & Visualization: Automated HighQ reporting via Power Automate and the HighQ API, generating Power BI dashboards to enable firm-wide insights, including data for security, site archiving, and inactive user management. Used this data to plan full automation of system management

At WBD I focused on optimizing legal processes. Working closely with legal teams to optimise workflows, boost efficiencies and reduce cost.

• HighQ VDR Administration: Managed over 50 HighQ sites, including Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) for high-profile M&A transactions, handling file permissions, client training, and troubleshooting
• Legal Due Diligence (LDD) Project Support: Served as a key member of the team that developed an external WBD VDR LDD solution, providing technical expertise and advising on the migration of processes from legacy systems to HighQ, while automating essential email workflows
• Document Automation & Mentorship: Spearheaded automation of legal documents using Contract Express and provided training to colleagues on document automation workflows to enhance team productivity
• Custom Code Development: Developed custom JavaScript and jQuery code for HighQ, creating user-friendly iSheets and automating Word table exports. Also, built HTML/CSS code to streamline navigation in the HighQ knowledge hub
• AI & Data Automation: Leveraged AI and Luminance/Kira/Power automate for data extraction from legal documents into HighQ iSheets and developed Power Automate flows for email automation and HighQ LDD site setup
• Innovation & Strategic Tech Utilization: Explored applications of large language models (LLMs) and developed a Microsoft chatbot for technical queries, improving internal workflows and participated in regular strategy discussions with Luminance to optimize the platform for legal tasks
