  • Provided valuation advice for a wide range of renewable energy asset types such as rooftop Solar PV, co-located and standalone BESS as well as offshore wind.

  • Formed part of coordination team for key retail and mixed-use instructions including for Hammerson and Savills IM. These included providing a market commentary, presenting our team's valuations to the client's board and defending value movements when challenged.
  • Provided valuation advice for some of Europe's largest retail/mixed-use assets including the Dubai Mall (shopping centre), Hamburg UberSee-Quartier (shopping centre, office, hotel) and Clarks Village (designer outlet).
  • Challenged the valuations of other external valuers as part of critical review reports. This involved querying input discrepancies, providing alternate opinions on growth rates, applied yields and market rents and presenting these to clients in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Developed JLL's DCF playbook which guided colleagues through the DCF approach and presented the methodology to the wider team.
  • Key clients include Hammerson, Unibail-Ramdamco Westfield, Landsec, Savills IM, EMAAR, Klepierre and ECE.
