I have gained valuable experience during my time at Sainsbury's and also improved on skills that I already have Which are team work, Efficiency, co-ordination and self managing, being able to manage tasks with no hassle. My colleagues were really kind and helpful by also giving me tips and advice whilst at work and it helped me improved and to be more efficient. I always know that Customers come first in retail and whilst working, the shop must be safe and a happy, welcoming environment for all customers shopping in the store.
