• Build fleet supply strategy for Yandex.Taxi (both gasoline and EV vehicles), for all types of fares (Economy, Comfort, Comfort +, Business)

• Launch B/C - segment sedan for Yandex.Taxi

• Build and develop new relationships with key Chinese automotive manufacturers and EV startups as potential suppliers of vehicles for the EV Taxi project.
• Development of an electric truck project (electric trucks with battery-swapping technology, key partners: Shacman, Sinotruck, CAMC, Foton, Sany, XCMG)

Key achievements:

• Achieved 2000 sales goal for Middle East Region in 2018
• Achieved 5% LADA market share goal in Egypt
• Won 4 corporate tenders for LADA cars in Lebanon, Jordan and Kyrgyzstan
• Established new dealership in Turkey

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Lead a team of five sales executives in five different regions
• Responsible for building long-term relationships with LADA importers, end to end sales process, setting up KPIs, team's P&L

Key achievements:

• Established 3 new dealerships (China, Vietnam, Philippines)
• Shipped more than 750 vehicles to Asia Region
• Completed full cycle of CCC certification

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Establish new dealerships
• Managing trade contracts and international payments, negotiating pricing and invoicing
• Plan and optimize logistics routes (all modes of transportation: sea, rail, air, road)
• Responsible for vehicles certification and raising export finance with Russian banks for business partners
