Summary

I am a highly driven Primary School Teacher with more than nine years of experience in creating, developing and implementing diverse and creative curriculums. I have been keen to further develop and take responsibility of new leadership roles which has led to me undertaking a national professional qualification in leading teaching. I have taken on projects within schools to help support and improve current practice. This has in turn, given me a wealth of experience in researching, planning, creating and building projects and the documents to support this, data collecting and mentoring and suppoting other employees. By taking on challenging new roles, I have harnessed beneficial interpersonal skills, collaboration and problem-solving methods.

My high level of organisation and time keeping enables me to adept at project planning and managing multiple tasks at once. As an experieneced teacher, I have to ensure that lessons and leadership duties are well planned and resourced for, but also makes me cofident at using my initiative in a fast paced environment. I continuously seek new and improved solutions to problems and apply extensive analytical knowledge to findings.

Energetic employee well-versed in strong communication due to my extensive work with students, parents, colleagues and administrators alike to teach and motivate students.

My leadership responsibilities in the senior leadership team developed my focus on fostering collaborative, cross-functional teamwork within high-pressure environments and mentoring and devloping team members to implement rapid improvement. Tactical team builder with experience in training and team development.

I continue to be a dedicated, hardworking employee with an internal drive to deliver excellence to improve company goals and meeting objectives. This focus to deliver high-quality service and consistent results, has allowed me to progress rapidly within my career. After over nine years in schools, I am keen to take on a new and exciting role outside of education and have willingness and enthusiasm to train and devlop to ensure I can make a positive impact for my employer.
