Autonomous Battery Swapping Station:

• Conceptualized and developed intuitive sketches and 3D CAD models that met all project requirements.

• Conducted a root cause analysis with a fishbone diagram and the 5 whys technique to resolve issues related to delayed processing times.
• Designed and developed the battery module casing, including the optimal cell arrangements, as well as a state-of-the-art robotic arm fitment and charging/storage station.
• Modified subassembly parts according to primary design requirements using SOLIDWORKS, ensuring a seamless integration of all components.
• Ensured that all designs were efficient and reliable, resulting in a top-of-the-line Autonomous Battery Swapping Station.


Recovering energy from waste heat:

  • Designed and fabricated heat pipes and heat sinks for thermoelectric generators using AUTO CAD
  • Conducted FEA analysis on the exhaust block using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS
  • Utilized copper oxide nanofluids in heat pipes to enhance the thermal conductivity by 15%
  • Recovered 20% of waste heat by introducing heat pipes and TEGs to the exhaust system
