, I have good laboratory experience as well as a solid academic background in Food Microbiology, Large Scale Manufacturing Processes, Animal Tissue Culture, Plant Tissue Culture, Cell Biology, and Molecular Biology. As a Food Safety student, I have learned about HACCP, Food Safety, Quality Auditing, and Food Product and Process Development. I had laboratory experience while studying and am excellent in staining techniques and culture, microscopy, microbial identification, inoculation, and sterilize. In addition to these, I have knowledge of PCR, Gel-electrophoresis, DNA isolation, human cell culture, and plant cell culture.
