Responsible to method creation for HPLC, UPLC, UV LBPC.

Responsible to review of sop's, spc's, STP stability study protocols, stability study summary reports and COA's.

Responsible to initiate and close the LIR, change controls, Deviations deland OOS activity.

Responsible of monitoring and review of calibration of laboratory instruments as per master calibration schedule.

Responsible to induct the chemical standards

• Preparation of COA's, S&C , STP, URs, stability study protocols & Validity Protocols & Stability study summary reports.
• Participated in OQ & PA in instrumented equipments.
• Participated in QMS activities such as change controls, deviations and OOS investigations.
• Review of analyzed documents such as Raw materials, Palking materials, inprocess , finished and stablility study samples.
• Review of HPLC chronographs, IR & CBPC.

• Preparation of SOP's, spc's STP's and UR's.
• Preparation of stability study protocols & stability summary reports as per regulatory guidelines.
• Preparation of water trends.
• Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing materials, In process samples, Finished samples by using HPLC, UV, odometer, pH-meter, conducting meter, TOC analyser, pontentiometer, KF, PR and CBPC.
• Analysis of raw water, RO water, PW, WFI, and pase steam.
• Participated in Phase I, Phase II and phase III water analyses.
• Having a good knowledge and handling of sophisticated instruments such as HPLC-water, Empower-3, software( c2695 separation module ),

UV spectrophotometer( 2.72 u.v probe software ).
