• Played a pivotal role in Agile scrum processes, including leading daily scrum meetings (as scrum master), sprint grooming, planning, and retrospective discussions and contributed significantly to Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Conducted functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Developed traceability matrices to ensure requirement coverage.
• Spearheaded test executions and efficiently managed defect reporting and tracking using Rally, JIRA and ALM.
• Analysed testing requirements, crafted detailed test scenarios, and developed robust test cases.
• Analyze and identify root causes of defects through debugging
• Identified testing scenarios which can be automated using Selenium WebDriver, and worked on the same.

• Actively worked on tickets, both incidents and service requests, raised by customers, and provided fix for the same.
• Worked on Problem Management tickets, identified areas where issue occurred and provided code fix for the same.
