• Set up the grounds in preparation for competitions/shooting days
• Serving customers and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Managing a team of shooters, explaining the rules and demonstrating to customers how to use the required technology
• Refereeing on competitions days
• Tidying away all used cartridges and other waste at the end of the day
• Working with the team of staff to ensure smooth running of all activities

A week's work experience assisting leaders with the management of groups of school children ranging from 9-11 years across a range of outdoor activities including:

• Climbing
• Raft building
• Zip wiring
• High ropes
• Caving

This also involved:

• Ensuring safety of all participants, checking correct use of equipment such as harnesses and belaying.
• Providing encouragement and motivation to a range of learners.
• Ensuring smooth and timely operation of outdoor activities.
• Working as part of a team to support senior leaders.

• Providing customer service to shop visitors
• Operating till and serving customers in the retail area
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Undertaking bike repairs and maintenance
