Spencer Harding

I am currently studying Football Studies with the aspiration to become a scout or to be head of recruitment . Therefore, I am exceptionally interested in becoming head of recruitment . My time at six-form taught me to become proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, which I strongly believe helps me in university and any potential job.

As much as I enjoy collaborating effectively in a team, I equally excel at working independently, without the requirement for supervision, submitting relevant information in a clear, concise and timely manner.

I highly value education and the opportunities it brings; I’ve therefore worked hard to pay for my own way through university. During my time at work, I earned the trust of my supervisors and managers which have in turn, burdened me with responsibilities outside of my job description. That said, I also understand the need for experience, which is why I would very much appreciate all opportunities to work within this field.

Outside of university and work I enjoy playing football with my current team Hilsea FC alongside my studies, as well as, gaming in my free time.
