  • Company Overview: Defra project is an iPad application developed for field inspector to animal disease outbreak and movements. The system supports contact tracing for Bovine animals by tracking animal movement and identifies potential infection sources. Field Inspectors use the app on site to log findings and support rapid response actions.
  • Created and managed the Test Strategy, Test Plan, Traceability Matrix and end of test report to guide the overall QA process.
  • Led test execution for each sprint, ensuring proper coverage and timely signoffs.
  • Write down User stories form use cases and approval from customer.
  • Maintained and tracked all QA activities in Azure DevOps (ADO), including test cases, pipelines, and defect status.
