I oversee several sites across London, England, managing a team of over 400 people, capitalising an annual turnover of +£20m. In addition, I look after 30% of the company's Delivery operations, with an annual turnover of over +£10m.
Specialised in new openings in which I opened +10% of Five Guys Europe stores; Kensington High St, South Kensington, Kings Road, Chelsea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Portobello Road, Dark Kitchen, Fulham Broadway, Victoria, and Queensway, and many more units planned for 2023 as part of our aggressive UK/EU growth. In addition, I supported Five Guys International openings, including the openings of Five Guys stores in France, Spain, and Germany.

• Previously had the pleasure of overseeing the operations of Five Guys Oxford Circus (£6.5m) and worked on a turnaround plan to reach the TOP, becoming UK's best-performing location and delivering the highest Sales & EBITDA across the UK and Europe.
• Launched the first Five Guys Micro-kitchen model stores in UK.
• Led a European Project (UK, France, Spain, Germany) to launch GIRnet's Workforce module to help forecast labor needs, create schedules in minutes, analyze employee productivity in real-time and monitor working hours - Reduce labor costs and deliver efficiency.
• Opened the first Dark Kitchen in Five Guys worldwide.
• Worked closely with the leadership team in the UK, France, and Germany on a number of operational initiatives.
I had the pleasure of running one of the Top 3 high volume restaurants across Pizza Express worldwide and the highest sales turnover during the summer season /+£3.5m sales, over £1m profit, responsible for over 100 staff / Joined the evolution program and deputised the area of 11 restaurants during the absence of Area Manager.
A performance turnaround, sales growth at +30% L4L and EBITDA contribution at 40% - Introduced a Speedy Service System and worked with the labour productivity to drive efficiency.
Grew sales by 10% over one year in the face of consumer recession, delivering an EBITDA record at +92% YoY. Managed to turn the restaurant around from the bottom 20 underperforming to the top 10 performing restaurants out of 500 restaurants across the company.
