I am a friendly and reliable person who enjoys working and helping others. I am a very good at listening, following instructions and learning new things quickly. I always try my best, turn up on time, and like being part of a team. I am very keen to pick up new skills on the way that can help me in my future.

I am a very polite person and love to make people happy, my goal with working would be to make sure the customers leave with a smile on their face.

I also love the gym, music and cooking.

I am at Coventry college studying travel and tourism as hopefully want to become a flight attendant as my dream in life is to travel and to see the world. I am doing really well in college and I am getting distinctions which will hopefully be very beneficial in the future when i do start applying for airlines.

Skills

Working under pressure- I am very calm under pressure, an example of this would be for the past 4 months my teacher in college has set me and my class mates to do different types of role play all to do with customer service A big section of the role plays was being calm under pressure and maintaining the correct attitude and tone of voice towards whoever you are dealing with

Problem solving- I love to problem solve to help whoever may need a situation solving and if i can figure out what they problem may be I will try my hardest to deal with the problem as well as I can but still stick to a professional manner And to also make the customer happy and make sure they get a full understanding of the issue

Communication skills- I feel that being able to communicate with the people closest to you and people you do not know can make a massive impact in your confidence and can also help you out of your comfort zone with communicating with people you do not know In the work industry I think that having those communication skills can help you create a relationship with your customers and can help you develop skills for your future

Time management- I am very good with my timings such as making sure i'm early because on time is late for me and say if I were going to work i would like to be that 10 minutes early to make sure I can not go into a big rush and to make sure I have time do do things I may need to do

Attention to detail- Having this as a skill is very important especially if it is information you are being told directly All things such as noticing any errors so looking back at something I have done and double checking in my head if it is all correct and okay to be served And just to make sure everything is complete right

Team collaboration- Having a working team is not only a team its friends all in one Having different colleagues around you all want to reach the same goal which is to make sure the customers are leaving happier than when they came Being in a team the main role is including everyone's thoughts and ideas to the table to all come together as a team and decide on what to do Listening to everyone and what they have to say it is very important to let everyone's voice be heard
