This was a very hands on job, I had different roles each night. I was a waitress, barmaid, cocktail maker, food runner and cleaner.
After working at this particular place for a few weeks I realised that it wasn't the place I wanted to carry on my employment as I didn't mix well with this job or the environment.
However I was able to gain more skills along the way and improve the ones I have already
A lot of the tasks I was given were similar to my last waitressing job, I was able to develop my people skills and become more confident talking to people

This job was very different to the ones I have had before as it is based in a warehouse
The area I worked in we would create personalised football shirts
During the time I had worked here I was able to be trained on multiple things such as, nameblocking this is where we make the names to put on the back of football shirts
For this type of skill I would need to know what colours, fonts and size the letters needed to be for each team
Picking and scanning in shirts, for this skill I had to walk to different locations along the isles that I had been given and find the correct shirts that people had ordered
I had to make sure I grab the right amount and bring them all back to the computer where I would scan each shirt individually and put on the labels so we would know what name, number and size we would need to create
I was also trained in the printing of the shirts this skill was harder than others because I had to make sure the names and numbers were correct, and if they were I would have to make sure I place the number correctly with the proper measurements and make sure it's not crooked anywhere
I was also trained in QC this is quality checking the shirts to make sure they are in good condition to be sent off
While working here I enjoyed my work and I was very good at it unfortunately after Christmas they let a few of us go due to their not being a lot of work to do
But this job has helped me open my field of experience further and gain new skills
