- During my time as a lifeguard I completed first aid training which included the correct usage of spinal boards and basic life saving techniques to ensure the safety of everyone under my watch.

- I began this job after wanting a change from the retail setting to challenge myself in a different sector of work.
- I started as a van driver delivering between 180-230 parcels per day, due to the ever increasing demand from amazon the parcel count increased to 280+, whilst consistently maintaining exceptional standards of customer service efficiency was a key role in my ability to complete the large routes in a timely fashion.
- With my aspiration to grow within the company I continued to preform well on the weekly metrics and was soon given more responsibilities within the company.
- I was promoted to onsite manager alongside being a delivery driver, this meant that I would oversea a fleet of around 50 drivers and ensure routes were completed to a high standard along with making sure all drivers had the necessary equipment for their deliveries.
- My others duties as onsite manager included; rescuing routes when drivers struggled to complete them, making rota's, dealing with an issues on road and reporting them to the necessary departments within amazon as well as competing daily van inspections to ensure the drivers were not put at any risks due to any issues with vans.
- I would still often take routes of myself when there was lack of drivers, ensuring I was completing them to a high standard to be a role model for the other drivers.
- I was also regularly in charge of training new drivers to high standards to ensure we had a fleet that was reliable and trustworthy.
