Sophie Kent

Fareham,Hampshire

Summary

I am a dedicated and articulate swim teacher with a strong foundation in communication and adaptive swim teaching methods. I demonstrate exceptional skills in lesson planning, student assessment, and special needs instruction, ensuring a child-friendly approach. Known for being hardworking, considerate, and trustworthy, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. I am extremely passionate about teaching children to swim as I believe that it is a fundamental life skill that should be available to all. I swam competitively for many years as a child and the skills I learnt swimming as an individual and part of a team have served me well in life professionally and personally.

My year as Head Girl at High School also demonstrates my ability to step into a leadership role and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
